Just some thoughts

Ok, since I haven't posted in a while I thought that I should probably hop on here and tell you guys what I've been doing for the past couple weeks.

To sum most of it up...I've been doing absolutly nothing.
Yeah, that about covers it.

Mostly it has been school, food and sleep (sometimes), and usually in that order too. =D

But I do have to say that one of the saddest things that happened within the last 2 weeks is my dad getting my grandparents names mixed up. Instead of telling me that my great grandpa Mayo had passed away like he meant to, he got the names mixed up and said that my great grandpa Jim had passed away. So for about a week, here I am, thinking that the grandpa that was about to move in with my mom had passed and now everything had gone all screwy with everyone and things were going to drastically change. So after that week my mom calls me and wanted to see if I would go up to Bethany with her and everyone else to try and get things partially packed and situated as best we could, so i start thinking about how weird it is going to be going up to Bethany and grandpa not being there. So I get over to lisa's and my mom says to my little sister that we are going to go see great grandpa Jim tomorrow. so i finally figured out, after about a week that great grandpa Jim didn't pass, it was great grandpa Mayo that had passed.
either way, its still unremarkably confusing, but more sad than anything else.....

so on a bit of a brighter note, I'm starting to dislike my weightlifting coach.
    basically what happened was: last week 2 new kids came to my class, one of which had previously taken weightlifting, so that was no big deal, he just joined right in, but the other, was like me, he had never taken a day of weight lifting in his life. so what does coach do? well of course he doesnt do the logical thing and assigns him to one of the seniors who had taken that class for 2 years already, no....he assigns him to me...
so here i am, still trying to figure the whole thing out, and coach decided to throw the new kid at me too......ugh high school sucks sometimes....

I have also decided that at the end of the semester I am going to be flip flopping my spanish and english classes...right now i have spanish 7th hour and english 3rd hour, so after semester i'm going to have spanish 3rd hour and english 7th hour....the main reason being is that my spanish class is all the people that never paid attention at all last year when they took spanish so they hardly know any spanish and i'm sitting there trying not to make them feel like the complete and total idiots that they really are....and that really is being nice

but other thatn that i just get bored way too easily in that class.....its just annoying

anyway thats about it for me over the past week or so...

School, School and more school......:P

Ok so my life for the past couple weeks has been just that. School, school, and more school. It's not fun. School isn't that bad, its just that the quarted just ended so like 3 of my teachers decided it would be a good time to start a project, at the same time. Ugh. So in english, i have a project on Seabiscuit (the horse) due sometime next week, in world history i have a project on ancient egyptian religion due on friday...and its not near done, and in....oh I guess i only have 2, but still they are the first grades for the quarter so if I don't do well on them then I am in DEEP shit for the rest of the semester....this should be interesting. So there is all that, plus I am still trying to get to talk to the music director so I can see if I will get the part for the musical...I just have a lot of stuff on my plate at the moment. And I am really thankful for this weekend. We are gonna be going out of town, I honestly don't remember where but I think it is Branson, anyway, we are gonna be there till Sunday night. It's gonna be fun. Anyway, everything else is going good.

and yes the color was necessary....   XD

Lisa: uhhh im not really sure about it, i haven't seen it but its coming from people that are in the high school marching band and have been playing for as long as i have, if not longer...but its too late, cause unfortunately the band director (the person i needed to talk to about it has been out sick for the past week or i haven't had the time to go talk to him becasue he goes to 4 different schools, so basically i'm not getting the part because i #1 won't have time to talk to the director and #2 i won't have enough time to learn the music, because by the time i get the music it will be monday and that would leave me with a week to prepare the pieces and get over my nervousness of being the only stringed instrument in the entire pit band (that part is a little nerve wracking)

hey sorry i haven't been on in a while...i've been really busy with school and stuff that i really havent had time to post anything.

anyway...not much has really happened since the last time i posted...

school is goin good, well as good as school can go

i've finally gotten to add weight onto the bar during weight lifting so i'm actually having to push myself in that class a little bit.

spanish is good, im ahead of the class, like i have been for the past 3 years...woohoo...

in world history i got assigned to my third ancient egypt project in the past 3 or 4 years....too bad i didnt keep any of my notes and stuff from the last ones :(

ohhh i almost forgot the good news... i might have the opportunity to get into the pit band for the fall musical for school...it would give me something to do music wise until we can get the whole private lessons thing figured out...but appearantly the music is really hard from what ive heard from people that are already in the band  so i dont know if i will be able to do it or not...oh well its worth a shot...nothing to lose so i'm gonna go talk to the band director on tuesday and see what he has to say about it

second day, second week...blah

So yeah its my second week and things are really going pretty well, I've managed to get at least a B on all my tests so far, one of which I had all of 2 days to study for...that was a fun one, at least it was ancient civilizations, which I am pretty good with anyway. Well at least one of my teachers is being nice and grading my test with a curve based on what I was actually here for.

Anyway, the soreness that I was complaining oh so much about before, has finally started to subside since I've been getting used to working out everyday for 45 minute straight, it only took me a week. So thats a good thing.

Oh yeah, my 4 yr old sister is playing soccer now. Today was her first practice/game, its hilarious, they play 3 on 3 with no goalies, it was one of the cutest/funniest things I have ever seen.

Oh, and I spent the weekend with my aunt, uncle, cousins, and grandparents. That was fun. I went to like 2 parties, one of which was for my uncles ex brother-in-law...I still don't really understand it but what ever its not my business...and the other was my uncle's friend just having a small BBQ so their kids could play together...it was fun.

So yeah thats is all that has really happened since the last time I posted, which I think was last week sometime if I'm not mistaken...

I'll post again next week sometime, unless something interesting happens between now and then.

day two...ow

So the first part if the day went pretty good, minus getting completely turned around and going to the wrong science class, eh shit happens. Then it was time for my weight lifting class, ( and just a little side note: i have been lazy as hell all summer so this was the first time that I had done anything more than run for like 20 minutes, and I only did that like 4 times...I probably should have done more...oh well) and holy shit am I sore. I honestly can't lift my arms above my shoulders with out them being in pain...ugh...this is gonna be a fun year. woohoo 45 minutes of weight lifting everyday for the rest of the school year...I am gonna die, but at least I will die in REALLY good shape. Lol. Ok so back to school. I finally managed to figure out where the hell my spanish class room is, (after being late for the second day in the row :D oops) its out all by its self in its own little corner of the school...but my locker is on my way there from weight lifting so its not a complete loss...nvm yeah it is, cause they move a lot slower than my last class did so I a still ahead of the ball...again. Oh well, shit happens and you just gotta roll with it, right?

FIRST DAY OF SCHOOL!!!!!

Yeah, today was my first day of school. It was pretty cool. Although I did manage to miss my bus home and show up like 10 minutes late to spanish....oops.... Oh well, it will get better. Hopefully... It was pretty fun though. I had to introduce my self like 8 times, which is to be expected, but you would not believe how many times I got asked if i had seen the white house or met the president or something like that. I had to flat out ask one kid if he was dumb because i had literally looked him in the eye and said "WASHINGTON STATE" and he still asked if i had met the president. God I love stupid people. :D

K so anyway, I managed to get lost like 20 times, which is part of the reason i was late to spanish, i was surprised it was only that class though, as opposed to like 5 of my 7 classes. anyway...my World Studies teacher is evil, i have a test on wednesday that i was gone for the entire unit minus the stuff we did today, which was the very end of the ancient civilizations unit...not good. so anyway i have to go read the chapter now so i dont completely and totally fail the test, that way my first grade will only be a C or something rather than an F...that would suck...ok go ahead and laugh now

And So It Begins

Ok so I got enrolled in school today, it was...interesting. My school (Kearney High School) has 7 classes a day rather than the 6 I'm used to, but to graduate you also have to have 24 credits not 22, but if I take all class periods every year i will end up with 26 so its not a problem. So yeah, since I had an extra class period and since my school doesn't have an orchestra, I'm taking English 2, Geometry, Spanish 200, World History, Weight Lifting, Health, and a Short stories class (basically another half an english credit) so its going to be fun.

Oh and I almost forgot the best part, since I don't have an preexisting grade and since they started school a month ago, I'm probably going to have to make up all the work from the previous month so the teachers will know where I am at, academicly.

Locked out

Ok so its the day after i got to Missouri, and I already managed to lock my self out of my house. I know...I got mad skillz. Anyway, the reason I was locked out was because I dont have keys to the house yet and I went to lunch with my grandpa and forgot to leave my door unlocked. Yeah yeah I know I'm amazing.

So yeah, I'm living with my step mom and my sisters, and my dad but he is in WA on work till sometime around january, so for now it is just the 4 of us. It's....interesting.

Soon I am going to be taking drivers ed then in dec. or sometime around then I will be able to get my license, WOO HOO!!!!
Plus I will probably have my dads old car, I think its like a 98 or 99 nissan altima, but it gets from a to b, i think, so i am happy, but I have to talk him into helping my fix it up and then I have to convince him to let me drive it...that should be easy though ;)

Ok well I will try to be on at least a couple time a week, but I am enrolling in school on Friday and starting classes on Monday so my time is mostly going to be spent trying to catch up on the 3 weeks of school that I've missed...fun stuff, 3 extra weeks of high school work plus the regular everyday assignments, I will have no social life for the first month of school, not that I know anyone that would be involved in my social life...

UGH!

So its the night before, like 6 hours after my last post...thats kinda sad...and yes I do actually have a social life.

So anyway, my mind is buzzing with so many things/questions right now. Things like: How much have things changed since I was last there 1.5 years ago?

Thats probably the scariest one to think about. One of the things I am most excited about though is seeing how much my sisters have changed, thats going to be the really scary thing.

Yeah, like I said, I have hundreds of things speeding across my mind at the moment. So I am going to stop and get off the computer and hope my mind will calm down enough so I can actually get some sleep tonight, then again I can always sleep on the plane tomorrow just take a little nap since its like a 4 hour flight...yeah see if you can do this math: I leave Sea-Tac at about 1:20 then after a 4 hour flight, I finally touch down in Kansas City, Missouri, at about 7. The first time i heard this was when I flew out to Washington for the first time 5 years ago. But then it was more like leave at 5, 4 hour flight, then arive at Sea-Tac at like 7, that took me so long to figure out. Ok I'm done now, I'll post again as soon as I can.
